Connecting Members and Their Personal PSERS Account Information through online applications

HELP WITH INTERACTION

 

Username:

Enter the first letter of your first name followed by your last name and then followed by the last four digits in your social security number.  Username is not case sensitive.

Password:

Members who have received a registration letter but not yet changed their password - enter the password shown on the registration letter you received in the mail.  This password is case sensitive as well as your challenge phrase answer.

For repeat members who have changed their password - enter your new password.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password

At the login screen, click the "forgot password link".   This will take you to the "Incorrect Username/Password Combination" page, where you can reset your password by correctly responding to your challenge phrase.  A new password will be immediately sent to your email address that we have on file.

Interaction is best viewed using medium browser text size.

To change the text size -

In Internet Explorer: Go To View > Text Size > Medium
In Mozilla Firefox: Go To View > Text Size > Normal
