on PSERS Interaction has been upgraded and is now available
for use. PSERS appreciates your patience during this

can print out a statement of their income received from
PSERS through Interaction. This valuable information is
useful for verifying income for a variety of purposes, such
as public housing, loan applications, or simply for your own

What will Interaction allow me to access?
Interaction allows you to access your latest Statement of Account. You can also access your Income Verification Information, which shows a monthly breakdown of your pension check for the current year. The following information can be accessed via an Interaction account:

Reprint IRS 1099R Form
Income Verification Information
Username and Password
Enter the first letter of your first name followed by your last name and then followed by the last four digits in your social security number. Username is not case sensitive.
Members who have received a registration letter but not yet changed
their password - enter the password shown on the registration letter you
received in the mail. This password is case sensitive as well as your
challenge phrase answer. For repeat members who have changed their password - enter your new
