What will Interaction allow me to access?
Interaction allows you to access your latest Statement of Account. You can also access your Income Verification Information, which shows a monthly breakdown of your pension check for the current year. The following information can be accessed via an Interaction account:
Reprint Member Statement of Account
Reprint IRS 1099R Form
Income Verification Information
Check Change Letter
Username and Password
Enter the first letter of your first name followed by your last name and then followed by the last four digits in your social security number. Username is not case sensitive.
Members who have received a registration letter but not yet changed
their password - enter the password shown on the registration letter you
received in the mail. This password is case sensitive as well as your
challenge phrase answer. For repeat members who have changed their password - enter your new
What to Do If You Forget Your Password:
At the login screen, click the "forgot password link". This will take you to the "Incorrect Username/Password Combination" page, where you can reset your password by correctly responding to your challenge phrase. A new password will be immediately sent to your email address that we have on file.
Not Able to View Documents
When viewing certain documents (Reprit IRS 1099R Form, Income Verification Information, Check Change Letter, and Reprint Member Statement of Account) through your browser, sometimes your information may not be showing.
You may have to disable the pop-up blocker on your browser. Here are the steps to disable the pop-up blocker.
